This is Why We Care
Caregivers are the real frontline workers in any and every healthcare setting. They spend the most time with their patients yet, they receive the least amount of pay and respect. So many healthcare facilities are in need of well-trained caregivers such as Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Behavioral Health Technicians.
We encounter many wonderful individuals who have a natural calling to care for and help aging individuals and those with disabilities but they are in need of certain credentials to be able to provide the services they are called to perform. The financial burden, in most cases, is tremendous and they just cannot afford to meet all the requirements for job placement.
If you are blessed and are able to sponsor a student, maybe a single mother, someone coming out of an abusive situation, a homeless person, or someone with a disability to gain a career so that they can become self-sufficient, we will all truly appreciate your generosity and sincerity. Who knows, one day you may need someone with a caring, compassionate heart to take care of you or your loved one.
